Dear folks to the North (or any other informed Sajha souls),
I need some help from you. I have a conference (it is on a very boring topic; "Bust to Dust: Mammalary Gland Size and Life Expectancy Among the Homo Sapiens Femalensis") to attend in Montreal this weekend.
I have a US J-1 visa. What kind of documents/procedures do I need to get into Canada from the US? Is it a open border where no documents are needed? If a visa is needed, can I get it in Boston? And how long and how much does it cost to get one? Or better still, can a visiting pass be obtained at the border from a friendly Mountie?
Any help in this will be deeply appreciated,
