Namaste to you all Nepalese all over, I went to Flinders University to study at the time of the incident of Mr. SM Sainju and Mr. Ahsutosh Tiwari. This was between 1998 ending and 1999 starting. I used the name of Deepak Bahadur Bista Dalke Topi Pyuthane with the expressed permission of Mr. Deepak Bista of Sagarmatha Nepali Restaurant. I will explain with details here below: Mr. Ranjit Rana is known to me. His mother taught me Nepali at Mahendra Adarsha School. I am related to Dr. Harka Bahadur Gurung and formerly from Pokhara. I had been a Nepalese Hippie and played band in Nepal. I met Australian Hippie and came to Australia. I worked as a bus driver for twenty years and went back to University. I had chronic Ganja related psychosis and also suffered from anti social personality disorder. I did not like Ranjit Rana as he was studying capitalism related subjects of International Business and Marketing for the IT sector. I became involved with left wing Communist politics with the University and Deepak Bista was heavily involved in the left wing Australian student politics. His ac/dc partner was also a social worker and involved with Australian Labor Party politics and the Workers' Union Movement. I got excited to be part of Deepak's lifestyle. Deepak Bista has failed his Phd in Development Studies. However, he is the President of International Development NGO chapter of South Australia. Currently, the Dean of Social Sciences, Associate Professor John Browrett is the Secretary and a good winine drinking buddy of him. They also share sex together with Dr. Geraldine Pye, a leftist feminist activist. They all dis not like Mr. Ranjit Rana being dominant in trying to destroy the Student Union of Flinders and all over Australia, from being compulsory to volunteering one. Mr. Rana launched an action under the Trades Practices Act to break the sleeping arrangement between the University and Student Union for exclusive dealing in breach of s.37 of the said act. The Dean was promised by Bista to fix Rana by stigmatising him to be a lunatic. Here I come in and posted being Deepak Bista in http://www.nepalhorizons.com Then real Deepak Bista asked help to solve the problem who was using his name. For the first time SM Sainju as IT expert and in support of him Tiwari came in. On this basis, Mr.Rana has been made to look like an idiot through me. I had enough and do not want to go on like this as my novelty with the IT has weared down. Apart from that I play music for Bista in his restaurant, I find his domineering behavior very sickening. He tries to fantasise being Birendra and wants to scateer jamar in all the Dashain time. I find all Nepalese boring, when they fall to his domination. I mean this guy has never worked in his life and uses others money to run the restaurant. He was involved with another Nepali Gopi Roka, who ran a travel business. His mentor was convicted to swindling people through fraud for over A$ 900000. He went to jail for 3 years and has been banned for being a travel agent for life. Bista was also involved as a dishwasher in Charles Stuart Tavern. This was the local Nepalese Association's finacial base. Now it is closed down for tax evasion and other fraud. I mean this Bista used to be a Peon at Yeti Travels and was known by the Hanuman Dhoka Police for small forex violations and drug charges. I am not saying Mr. Rana is a saint. He comes froma n alcoholic family. His father seems to had been a General in Nepalese Army but was rather violent. His mother suffred a lot. She came from a good Malla family (sister of Mr. Sardindu Malla and of Himalaya Shamsher'd wife and also of the late wife of Inspector General of Nepalese Police, Mr. Hem Bahadur Malla). Mr. Rana went to STX with Ganesh Man Singhs' two sons and suffered in their hands and is understandable. I still do not like the man and avoid him all the time. I made one mistake to dehumanise him and this is why I make this open confession. I am a born again christian now. I believe that Deepak_Bista in this forum was mimicked again by three students of Adelaide University. Their names are Solar Shrestha, Prashant Pradhan and Kush Shrestha. They did it to protect Deepak Bista in a COURT case Rana has brought against the Flinders University. They wanted to tarnish Rana's credibility and launch a case of contempt of court, They almost succeeded and now they fail as I will stop this lunacy. I will not return again.
