This is great.
I highly recommend all to see this movie.
The music too is quite interesting.
On another note, The Kathmandu Film Archive's screening
"All About My Mother" (the Spanish movie that beat Caravan
at the Oscars) last week was a huge success.
About 150 people, each paying Rs. 50/-, turned up to see the movie at the Russian Cultural Center. Thanks to a friend, Jose
Ojida, we got the movie straight from the director Pedro Almodovar himself in Barcelona.
The KFA -- a collaboration between Martin Chautari and the GAA,
and set up to show world-class movies on a regular basis in Kathmandu -- is now financially in the black.
The KFA has the permission of Eric Valli, Caravan's director,
to show CARAVAN (35 MM) in Kathmandu. Let's see how that
shapes up . . .

What eslse? Do you need a ride to theatre also? Why don't you call 411 and get the numbers for theatre of your choice and find out. If you linve in G.Boston area, you know this film is not screening until 15th.

Himalaya is playing at Museum of Fine Arts, Boston on Sunday the 15th of July at 1:00 pm. Tickets are $ 8:00 and $ 9:00. The movie is in Tibetan language with subtitle in English.
The movie is also playing at Coolidge Corner at Brighton. It's on July 27th, Friday. For more info. call at their no. 617 734 2500.
