Martin Chautari in Thapathali in Kathmandu organises talk programs every Sunday (on political topics), Tuesday (on general topics) and Thursday (on media-related topics).
Just last week, after some time, I attended a program there, which talked about the challenges of running current affairs programs on Nepal Television and on Radio Sagarmatha FM 102.4.
As expected, the discussion was lively, and the pundits were: Indra Lohani who runs NTV's "bahas" program, and Kiran Pokharel who is with Radio Sagarmatha FM. Both Lohani and Pokharel spoke well, and they were asked lots of challnging questions.
I would urge all in Kathmandu not to miss MC's programs.

Is he the same Hari Roka who was once the student leader of the then Soviet Union affiliated Nepal Student Federation ??

Don't know for sure.
But Hari does come across as though he were once a student leader.
As far as I am concerned, he is one of the most sensible/reasonable leftists there
is in Nepal.
I will request him to visit Sajha and look at this thread.
