Gurkhas Facing Court Martial over Teenager's Murder

The court martial of three Gurkha soldiers accused of the murder of a teenage boy was starting today.
David Zabaneh, 14, allegedly died after being caught up in a nightclub incident involving Gurkhas in Belize two years ago.
The military court will initially sit at barracks in Colchester, Essex, where the defendants were based at the time of the incident, to hear legal argument.
Ministry of Defence officials say the court will then move to Belize, where the soldiers were taking part in jungle training at the time of Davids death, for the court to begin hearing evidence next week.
