Aba Ram Kharel kina ghamandi bhako malai ke tha? yo chai ram kharel sir lai nai sodham na ho! malai ta tha chhaina la kassam! tapai pani khali ghamandi manchhe ko matrai fela parnu hunchha ki ke ho? Ki jo bhetyo tyai ghamandi ho?

akela ji, it takes a lot to work for the community (sacrifice of family time, education and even career) and just minutes/few words to criticize it. I am glad that you haven't criticized anybody that much so far but have just raised questions.
As for as "Laz", ramro kam ra upalavdhi ko tarif garna pani keko laz. If you have done something for Nepal or any Nepali community or contributions to any field, please share with us. I will surely praise you without shame as well.
Sorry to say that I am also not shameful in praising Ram Kharel ji's effort. He has done wonderful job in running Sagarmatha Television for this long in the DC metro area. To say the least, because of the social workers like him in our community, we are recognized as Nepali and will be able to keep our Nepali identity alive for generations to come. I wish, every community in the Diaspora had at least one Ram Kharel. He is ambassador of Nepal.
His personal qualities are minor issue with respect to his overall contribution to the community. If anyone thinks that his service is not good quality, please join his team to improve it.
INLS awarded him on last Bhanu Jayanti to recognize his contribution in promoting Nepali language and culture. ANA and other organizations have awarded him previously and if he continues his selfless service to the community, he may receive many more awards and praises.
