Joshi Jr held from house of ex-judge

The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) today arrested Dinesh Raj Joshi, son of former home minister Govinda Raj Joshi, on the allegation of helping his father in corruption. He, however, was released after more than 7 hours of interrogation by the CIAA.
According to a source at the CIAA, immediately after he was arrested the CIAA anti interrogated him. The CIAA has charged junior Joshi with helping his father in corruption by abusing of authority while his father was a minister.
Joshi Jr was arrested from the home of a retired Supreme Court justice, Arabinda Nath Acharya, who is also a relative of Joshi."There is no other type of relation between us despite our family relation," retired justice Acharya said.
According to him, Joshi Jr had come in his house for lunch and that was when he was arrested.
