Hi Folks,
I am searching for undergraduate electrical/electronic/communications engineering
programs taught in English in tuition-free countries in Europe, specially in Germany.
Does anyone have some information?
The closest I came to was a polytechnic (called fachhochschule) in Hamburg . The University of Duisburg and Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg teach first year courses in English but they still require some German skill before one can be admitted.
An engineering college in Denmark has a computer-cum-electronics engineering program. But I am after "university". And, living cost in Denmark seems to be quite expensive anyway.
