One killed, 13 injured near Udalguri

UDALGURI, Nov 24 – One person was killed and 13 others, including women and children, seriously injured at Khankhalabari village, one-and-half kilometres north of Udalguri PS at 9 pm today following attacks by unidentified miscreants, police sources said. The dead has been identified as Tilakdhari Chauhan (20). Miscreants also set afire more than four houses of Bihari and Nepali community and used guns in the attack, sources said adding the injured were admitted to the Udalguri PHE and later shifted to Mangaldai Civil Hospital.
This discromination has to be protested and we can do our part by raising strong voices against any discrimination to Nepalese communities in India and elsewhere.
