If you are a US citizen, getting a financee VISA for your wife is the easiest way to get her here. If you marry her outside US and try to get her here it takes some time for the paperworks. If you have a green card but not the US citizenship, you are in a deep shit. It takes 5 years to get her here. I have seen people coming here on fiancee VISA.. yeah it is very much possible.

Or just get her admitted to a college and get her here on a student visa. Once here you can change status or whatever. goole luk

ThankU all....lonely, we tried student visa but she got denied..thees cha nepal ma..no certain criteria for student visa .. BHOLE BABAJI..thanku for ur suggestion...i think fiancee visa is the best way !!! is there any site that i can go and learn more bout it? waht all do they need at the embassy when she go for an interview and stuff? wonder if anybody has filled fiancee visa for their girlfren or boyfren? always waitin for good suggestions!

contact the Nepali immigration lawyer Mr Ramesh Shrestha from New York. I believe he provides free consultaion to Nepali fellows. He can be reached in The Nepal Digest's web site. I can't recall the webadress.

I think it shouldn't be difficult to get the Fiancee VISA. Try to consult some lawyers as suggested by Bhunte. There are some information in the US government web site. Also try www.immigration.com. http://usembassy.state.gov/posts/nz9/wwwsfiancee.shtml http://www.firstgov.gov/ Good Luck.
