Does anyone here know what the INS Regulations are for taking a semester break?? Can a student take a semester break without opting to visit his/her country?? What are the rules and regulations on this one?? Can any detail me regarding this?? |

You will be out of status if you take semester break and don't go out of country. |

Better to find out from Internation Center of your university. But yeah, you can take a semester break. You may have to enter the USA within five months - thats the requirement. Otherwise, there is no problem. jaya_nepal |
