dautari	Posted on 16-Dec-03 10:07 PM I think that was an old e-newsletter. It mentions peace talks between maoists and the govt. And during the cease fire, the US military officials did come and they did train Nepalese army personnel. But that was long time ago - when the cease fire was still in effect - well, officially.
