City xxxx had a very high suicide rate. The city authorities were very much concerned about it and were taking every step to control this. But, this was not successful. There was a heavy movement to explore the way out to control the suicide rate. A lot of research jobs were conducted. Somebody suggested the city authorities to make a heavy public announcement that all the dead bodies, after suicide, will have the honour of a city tour (Nagar Parikrama) in their nude state.
This worked dramatically. The suicide rate dropped sharply.
