Does anyone have any info about who this bearded-mustachio man
in the left of PM is? He seems to be companying Girija everywhere.
Doesn't look like security personnel in his appearance.Is he some
MP or some sequacious Tarun Dal leader?

That is Koirala's younger brother. He has served as his older brother's bodyguard for many years. He has been communiting back and forth to Pakistan for many years.

The one on exPM's left, without the TOPI is Jayaprakash Anand/Gupta, former communications minister. He used to be a patrakar (journalist) before bahudal, only relevent background for him to hold that position. Else, he is another of Koirala's kitchen cabinet. _diwask

Thanks. Actually, I am curious about another one, with topi. he
seems to be a regular hanger-on. I have heard about Mr Ananda.
In highschool, I used to read "Purba Kshitij"(East Horizon)
published by Mr Ananda and Umesh Giri(rebel Congressi now).
It was a good IQ magazine,without politics.(That is probably
only one positive thing I know about Mr Gupta,btw.)
