Do you know how many rupees "cash-strapped" Nepali Congress earned
in this latest election (Koirala Vs Deuba)?

That's right. The NC election rule mandates that each candidate
should submit Rs 5,000.00 to be candidate, and that is
non-refundable.
I don't know why they have that rule. I mean that is 1/3rd of
the sallary of future PM. It is very expensive charge to pay.
