Namaste Nepali Community, I am sending this mail on beahalf of one Nepali student Ms. SAMRITA LOHANI , MSc student of University of New Haven, who is suffering from both kidneys failure and undergoing Hemodyalysis thrice a week at St. Raphael Hospital, New Haven. The only way to overcome this terrible disease is to get kidney transplantation. Although she has insurance coverage from the university, this insurance does not cover hemodyalysis cost and transplantation cost. It is unfortunate that a student from third world country without having enough fund to undergo medication and treatment is none other than one of our own Nepali student. At New Haven, all the Nepali Community are raising the fund substantial enough to give this girl a life. We are expecting same from all other Nepalese living in the United States.In addition, we also need advises for how to raise adequate fund and hopefully be able to open Samrita Foundation and have money deposited in this foundation. We will need all possible help to initiate this process. As, we do not have sufficient time either, we appreciate this help and reply from all Nepalese Individuals as soon as possible.
