To my Valentine Like anchored strings on a plump sitar For your tuning around I sit in a corner, a heart in a vat For your way; to pull your mood on me So you know, I am your eternal audience Awaiting every night, as Dust scatters on me from The memories I left behind The future I may beget On this abstruse hinterland I keep myself untainted Comfortable in your shoes For our future bearings When there are times, I do not reflect Please do not bend the notes too long It hurts where it breathes Such fragile cosmos that I come from There is no color to my exhaustion Or is there any retreat It just flows where it leaks In this abstruse hinterland Such is the mystery of this belly As you carry me around from venue to venue Sitting on your lap, I listen to your inner glow And the times when you listen to me When you play, with your notes away How we come together We realize why we even met Young with smiles again May this symbion hatch Into the melodic luster of an orchestra With pastures of hope Chiming bells of sanctity and Courage of the nectarine Within a budding flower. Sincerely, Your Valentine.
