Alas, Sher Bahadur is a hostage of fear.
Fear of being upstaged, or schemed again by Koiralas. If only a
PM was free to go to election, he would do whatever he wanted.
Anyway, an ideal ministry for him:
1. Sher bahadur Deuba: Prime minister,Royal Affairs,water resource
2. Bal Bahadur Rai: Asst Prime minister.
3. PL Singh: Population and Environment stuffs.
4. Kamala Panta: Social Welfare and women welfare.
5. Dr Ram Sharan Mahat: Finance, industry
6. Radheshyam Adhikari: Law
7. Purna Bahadur Khadka: Home (Interior Ministry)
8. Mahesh Acharya: Defense
9. Amod Upadhyaya: Education
10. Dr Narayan Singh Pun: Tourism
11. Dr Ganga Dhar Lamsal: Land Reform
12. Chakra Bastola: Foreign Affairs.
No more, no less.
Why the hell NC needs more ministers? The more ministers you make
the more jealous congressi there will be. For example, when Ram
Chandra Paudel is made minister, Govinda Raj Joshi will be
jealous. When Ram Janam Chaudhari is made minister, Tek Bahadur Chokyal will be jealous. When no one is made minister, nobody
will be jealous. "Look after all, he is also not minister" he
will console himself.
