I'll post the rest of my response to Murali
soon.

Meantime, I have asked Martin Chautari folks
(Bimal Aryal and Ramesh Parajili) to come take a look at these discussions,
and they, in turn, have asked other knowledgeable people such as Ratna Sansar Shrestha, Bikash Pandey, Amod Pokharel
and others to visit this GBNC site.

All these people are quite busy; but it would
be great if they also contributed their thoughts and opinions. After all, generally speaking, what good is their knowledge if they don't share it with others?

This is all good.

Because it's only through debates
and discussions and only by arguing and reasoning together that we, in a democracy, get to see a fuller picture of any PUBLIC issue.

My thanks to Biswo and Murali for coming up with objections that one could respond to.

Again, thanks too to the Webmaster San Pradhan for incorporating suggestons so
soon.

Thanks, as always, to silent and vocal readers.

More later,

I applaud Ashu for his effort to make the SAFA tempo discussion a fact finding enquiry. You are right that with impartial and fair facts, we can suggest or reject new technology. Of course, it has to be analyzed with its potential long term impact (for sustainability, 30-40 years is enough. See reference in Sustainability literature in economic analysis).

I do not get enough time to write often (due to doctoral dissertation work), but if I think there is some thing I can share and if I think that is going to be helpful I will not hesitate to post the message at
the GNBC website even though I may be considered an intruder to the locals.

Wishing you all the best, I remain.
