In this site or elsewhere, including TKP or Kantipur, lets forget those F rated news papers and weekly, you can always find peoples barking on very few selected persons. Those selected persons have usually gained some respects from common public. Well, in this forum too there exists one such person whom many bark behind bars ( with fake names, though name is not important, it is certainly important when we want to ask you "What about you, Mister?". Without real name, any Narad can pretend like Bisnu). In this context, one great fellow told me an example. When a GADHA is walking on a Nepali Galli, hardly any dog will care to bark, because everyone knows its GADHA, but, as early as they smell that Elephant is coming in front of them, or even in next Galli, all the dogs join to make a great bark. Hathi (elephant) does not care the small creature, the Dogs, and continues ahead with its own pace as it does not have ears. Well, dogs wanted to show that you are so big that we are afraid you and thats why we are barking on you. You are really big, its our pride to get chance to bark on such great animal. So, continue to bark jointly, while elephant continues. Great minds discuss ideas; Average minds discuss events; Small minds discuss people. -- Source unknown.

Hi Gyaneswor-ji, You well know that writing/posting publicly (whether brilliant stuff or stupid stuff) in one's name and standing behind one's ideas/thoughts is, alas, NOT for everyone. I, for one, have come to find it perfectly all right if some our fellow-Nepalis -- using fake names -- think of nothing but give highly imaginative/coarse and khattam "gaali" to real-name posters here and elsewhere. And so, whenever I see these "gaali", my attitude has grown to be: Long live these anonymous attackers who need space to vent their anger/frustrations/gaali and much else besides. These fellow-Nepalis deserve quiet sympathy and relentless "free speech" support, and NOT moral lectures. Meantime, we all know that comments from posters using real names such as you GP-ji, Suman Pradhan, San, Sally, Biswo, Trailokya, Namita, Gandhi, Arnico, Akhilesh, Kiran Sitoula, Hemndra Bohra, Diwas K, Bik, and many others NEED to be taken seriously regardless of whether one agrees or disagrees with their ideas. Marketing gurus tell us that for a Web site to be successful, there also has to be strong brand identification; and, it's great to see that by attracting Nepalis in and out of Boston, this site is well on its way to become a 'strong brand'. Long live this GBNC Web site too. oohi ashu
