That is what you get by doing information filteration.
Bush doesn't read newspapers himself. He makes whitehouse staffs read them for him and tell him the important news. Maybe he should try reading the newspaper himself. That might help him to increase his low IQ on current affairs and avoid mishaps like this and the incident when he complained that steve wonder did not look at him while performing in his inauguration ceremony.
