Pakistan struggling but I think Inzamam has settled in to play a long innings. Another thrilling hundred and no target is impossible. I am sure he will play his heart out today. Abdur Razzaq still to come so this game hasn't been decided yet.

It has been done before but what haunts Pakistan now is the loss of wickets. They have only 4 wickets in hand. But, you never know. Shoaib Malik has started to play some good strokes which is reaching the boundary now. Moin, as unorthodox as he is, he can slap the ball all over the park.

Today's game was a classic again where Pakistan made a fighting recovery but in the end holed out a comfortable 40 run victory to India. After the top order fell cheaply again for Pakistan, Inzamam looked in fine touch once again and a lot depended on his shoulders. He looked in great form, pulling and driving anything of a slightly stranded length and putting it away with effortless ease to the boundary. However, he wanted to slot one over the boundary, flatting it instead to Tendulkar at long on, who took a matchwinning catch indeed. Pakistan hope then fell grimly with his dismissal and it looked it no way that they were going to win.
It was only the matter of salvaging some pride and Moin and Malik took control. Firstly, nodging singles and twos and then whacking some much needed boundaries to pull up the run rate that never fell beyond unachievable proportions. Moin Khan once again was the man for Pakistan, this time hitting a crisp 70 to ensure Pakistan made a fight out of a black hole they were in. Hats off to the fighter once again as he thoroughly justified his selection by Inzamam who called him up after Rashid Latif stepped off.
Earlier for India, VVS Laxman was the man caressing a fantastic 107 to set up India a very competitive total. Laxman got back from Injury and kept his form for the grand finale. He has become one of the majestic cricketer over the years and his emphatic touch with fine timing and superb placement deeply troubled even the finest of them all, the Aussies. He is going to be the man to watch in the Test Series.
This has been one of the best series, if not the best Series of World Cricket ever played, what a series indeed.

. finally a well deserved victory for india. the new comers in indian team look quite promising esp. pathan and kaif. even though indians were playing without their star bowlers like harbhajan and kumble, these "new kids on the block" didnt let the team down.
having said all that, i would like to add that a team's capability can not only be judged by one dayers. i still believe test matches are the ultimate indicators. no matter how good they perform in one- dayers, when it comes to playing for 5-dayer, it totally different ball game. indians did manage to draw their last test match in australia. lets see how well they perform here.

An aggressive - 72 off 71 balls from the doughty wicket-keeper (Moin) added 99 for the 7th wicket with Malik (65), and 53 for the 8th with Sami (23), but it was not enuff to deny India victory in yesterday's THREE-PHASE HIGH VOLTAGE match. India clinched the series 3-2 to record their maiden title win in Pakistan after five failed attempts between 1978 and 1997. I would say Indian Bowlers brought the big differences since the beginning.
For the test, Y. Khan, Afridi, and Rana are out of the test series. Saqlain, who finished with 24 wickets in three matches including four 5-wicket in the last test series in India in 1999, is the man to be focussed, whereas, Kumble from another side.
All the 5 ODIs were full of excitement till the end of the final over. Really, it was one of the finest series b/n two rivals. Hats off to Inzy for being the Man of the series, and congratulation to India.
