how about something like Nepali kitchen (not original but translation of the Bhansa Ghar) ....damn it is hard to be creative @ the wee hours of the morning. Try something from Nepal that means a great deal to you and the others in the restaurant like Where the Rhododendrons Bloom or something. Now i'm for sure losing my mind, or name it after a remote village in nepal...take a look @ the map of nepal, or name it after a famous resort or something of a trademark to nepal. No offense to Trixy but please no Royal Nepal but i like her suggestion about Light of Nepal...hmnnn Cuisine Delight of Nepal.

How about a nepali version of Jamie Oliver's "Naked Chef" (Nango Bhanse)? Mmmmm think I saw a restaurant with name "Nango Bhanse" in Thamel. Namrata Bites (Nigella Bites) Pakaununi aundaina, paukaudina pani (Can't cook won't cook) Far Flung Funtoos (Far Flung Floud) Dalli Smith (Delia Smith) :o)

Thank you guys for your output. As I started the thread, I am not looking for the Restaurant name just a quote or one liner. nhuchche, you're in the right tract, any more suggestions?
