Which one do you think is funnier? I like Seinfeld because it is very natural and the characters are just too good. Whereas some jokes in Friends are very childish and stupid. What about you guys?

Seinfeld of course... It's a work of genius. We can all relate to it.. Friends sucks.. too phony and artificial..

Is it just me or others too feel that most of the sarcasm in Sienfield have dual contexts?
Sienfield, sure is the best !

Jerry: Whaaat?
Kramer: Remember when we were young, we used to say "why can't there be woman across the street walking around naked?" And now that day has come, you want to bbbblow it away? That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
Jerry: I am going there and telling that woman to put her shades down.
Kramer: No Jerry. Please! God knows I don't ask you for much. Come on Jerry. Please! Please!
Jerry: Okay. Alright.
Kramer: Yesss!
(Kramer goes to the window)
Jerry: She's not there.
Kramer: Ohh!........I can wait.

Seinfield's character are as complex as regular human beings. There has been very few sitcoms where such a delicacy has been bestowed in development of its characters and so successfully. The most interesting character has to be George's (although most will argue that Kramer was more interesting). These characters represent the less-though about side of human being. They focus on minor things and bring major laughs; a very common trick in any IMPROV event.
Friends is a fully commercial, a fun for everybody, sitcom. There have been few Friends serials that are better than Seinfield.
It seems the writers at Friends work harder than Seinfield. However, Seinfield's characters are so well crafted that it makes the writer's work easier to bring out comedy in them. Friends character are romantic and they always play that angle.
Seinfield was a complex psychological but Humorous Sitcom. Friends is a must see TV dish. I choose the former.
