Sajha.com Acquired by Nepalnews.com
In an unprecedented move of its kind, NEPALNEWS.COM has acquired the most popular Nepali website SAJHA.COM formerly based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Senior Engineer Ritesh Joshi who was instrumental in this acquisition, has promised a 'total revamping and diversification' of sajha.com banking upon the goodwill that sajha.com has generated upto date.
"We are asking the visitors of sajha.com to show some patience as we redesign the site for a broader participation." said Mr. Joshi.
The site used to be hosted in the US, now, will be hosted at Vianet Communications, located at Harihar Bhawan. Binay Bohra, the Chief Executive Officer of Vianet has agreed to donate the hosting space for this popular website.
The website is currently inoperational. Any inconvenience is deeply regretted.

Is this a wishful thinking!!! I think over the years Sajha has been basically a BOSTON site for past, present, and future Nepali Bostonites!!
I heard there is a talk about Sajha merging with Nepalhorizons.com to make it more wide in scope.

It had been a few days since I last visited Sajha. Ahile yeso dera ma farkera Sajha ma herchu ta testo po rahicha. Ek chin ta achammai manay. Maile lunch hour tira nepalnews herda ta testo kehi thiena, ani yesma pani last update Nepali time 9 pm tira ko thiyo. Yeso lagyo, pakkai April 1 ko prank hola bhaneko nabhandai ho rahicha, had to click on the so called breaking news ko link :)
Kudos for San or whoever's idea it was.
On another note, yaha ko ek jana Nepali le mero voice mail ma message chodeko rahicha. "Chiple dai..Nepal ma dharahara bhatkyo ray bhanne suneko thie..." I am yet to return his call tara tyo mora le pani pakkai April 1 kai prank deko hola.
Anyway, Happy April Sankranti ya'll.

Hi all,
I have not even bothered to read what u all guys wrote regarding sajha.com being acquired by nepalnews.com but I must say I was really pissed off when i tried to access the sajh.com and failed to c that familiar page.i knew that this was a April fool joke but y the need to be a joker to play this kind of joke in this modern era.Common guys b yourself and don't follow others.Just because others r doing it does not mean u have to follow.
I believe that there were many people who tried to access this site but was greeted with that "stupid" page.
Anyway I don't give a damn about the reply that I will b getting in respond to my posting.but my point is don't b an $%%^&&& to play this kind of joke.
