Just a thought! We have run out of good policticians in Nepal. No matter who we choose, comes out to be a corrupt one. Just take an example of current cabinet. Most of the members (e.g. PM, Education Minister, Finance Minister.....) have an extensive record of scandals in the past. And the ones on the street are not different from them. Such a shame that we have to recycle these useless and corrupt political figures again and again. Jun jogi aye pani kan chireko ra corruption scandal ma pareko!

Lets really look at this-- Who are the real "Corrupt" politicians? 1. Kume 2. Govinde 3. Bame 4. Rabindra Sharma Gyawali 5. RK 6. Sujata 7. JP 8. Chere 9. Wagle 10. Ghacchadar 11. All Ex-Panchas-- give us one guy who is clean, really. Our King is a smart guy so he LOOTS by rule... just like Suharto, just like them leaders in Africa. 67 crore yearly expense, 15 crore luxury vehicles, numerous "fecilitations", and we still have to shut up. I prefer the politicians, they are the best amongst the worst. I could be a politician one day and earn that dough. There is no way I am going to be the KING.

An Indun Poet: What did you think of King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev? I thought he was the best for Nepal, it's such a shame what happened, Nepal is still grieving in pain due to their loss, and the instability (political) is evident.

matjinepal, I agree with you. King Birendra was indeed the 'best king'. His twenty years of absolute rule over the most wretched human beings on this earth can be considered as the golden years of Nepal. He was our savior; he liberated us from the greatest scourge that engulfed our lives for centuries - oppression and poverty.
