Should be equally distributed to both son and daugher. Girls should have equal rights as boys.

If a child has been disrespectful or has abandoned their parents while their parents were alive, why should they get anything when their parents die. I say the parents have the right to give their money to whomever they wish, even if this includes cutting their children from their will. They can give their money to a charity or even a dog if they wish.

I agree with Pariwar. Instead of Inheriting system where son and daugher have equal rights, it should be the will system where parents can decide who to give their property and money.
