Here is what I ask to the large pool of Nepali IT professionals in the industry. Are there free tutorials (online) available somewhere? What is the best possible way to to prepare for this exam at a dimes worth? I would appretiate any help. Thank You.

Lalubhai, Not knowing how much of an IT background you have, I am unable to correctly present a suitable course of action for you. The best I can do at this time is suggest that you get lots of hands-on experience. The new certification exams are strongly geared to scenarios and simulations. Just cramming the books may not be sufficient. Transcenders (simulation exams) will then provide you with the necessary means to evaluate your preparation level, as well as provide a very accurate simulation of the real thing. Please let me know which part of the world you live in [ just which country] and we can take it from there as I may be able to get a hold of study guides in electronic format. Good luck with your professional aspirations.

First of all, I greatly appretiate all of your helpful thoughts. To clarify myself, my goal is MCSD .NET. I do have a couple of years of programming experince and what I am particular looking forward to are "practice tests". Inded you can find a lot of "practice tests" at Google, but all of them are quite a price. Dhewa maru Kasu garu :) I am in Midwest America!
