My nomination goes to Kul Chandra Gautam: the recent note on current state in and an exit to current crisis. Visit: target=_blank>http://www.kulgautam.org/ Though I am very little optimistic (not really) about the petition that was drafted after his note on the exit out of current crisis in Nepal, but, one day Gautam deserves to hole top public position in Nepal and is the only credible Nepali among educated, real honest and unbiased Nepali community.
