Monaco were outnumbered but had their home work done successfully by thumping chelsea, despite being outnumbered. 3-1 not a score which i had expected. just when chelsea seemed the clear favorite, with the exit of real and arsenal, monaco has dashed chelsea's hope of champions league glory. the champions league trophy now looks a bit further from chelsea's sight. chances look slim but nothing can be said until the the last whistle is blown in the second leg.Monaco has certainly been the surprise package this term and Now only hardwork and excellent performance from chelsea's part will stop monaco or else chelsea will have to start all over again next season.
My money is still on chelsea. Go chelsea u can do it. Show Monaco and the world what u're made of.

seba bro, i agree with you...i certainly didn't expect the didion deschamps boys to do so well in the champions league. chelsea have a herculean task to come back during the second league if they want to proceed to the finals.
my money is on chelsea. i still believe that they can overcome their mistakes from the last league and try and exert more pressure on the french side. i also didn't like the erractic substitutions that ranieri made during the first league. i think he was being too circumspect and nervous.
even though chelsea has a galaxy of superstars...its complete unlike real madrid where there is no balance in their defence and attack.
i wouldn't be surprised seeing monaco clinch the title if they overcome chelsea.
