Hello President; and the web master,
San,
As a web master, could you please mention GBNC's bylaw on this web page?
I am not much familiar with GBNC even staying in Boston in regard to its organizational structure. I have heard that some members of "Board of Director" of GBNC have moved somewhere else. Few of them went back to Nepal and some of them moved to other Sates. I guess, they do not come back soon in Boston. Did they resign when they left Boston? If not, how can they be responsible for GBNC? I am just curious. I expect your answer.
