hello:
I have been in usa for about past 6 yrs on F1 visa. Recently I got my H-1 visa. I am planning to go to nepal this summer. I wanted to see if anyone have gone to nepal in this situation and is it hard to get visa renewed.

If u have H1 visa,I don't see any reason why there would be any problem?Unless u were illegal at some point of your life.Go and have fun.

Should not be much problem, but consult a lawyer or two first. And make sure you take all the documents with you, every small document.

what about if you missed one semester of school...but was reinstated..
and then when on to finish school and get h-1

Bivas,
make sure you never lived illegally in the US. Take all documents to support you always lived in the US legally;i.e, transcript, I-20 and all.. Take employment verification letter, check stubs and all. Don't worry too much. Good luck bro,
