Hi, i want some help from whoever who are knowledgeable about those things, i have a fren, who got graduated one year before, from American University, did the internship and all but not the OPT, she is from Germany but did not get any advice from foreign advisor about anything. She stayed here for one year which she was not supposed to, after the graduation without prolonging the visa or for the masters. She wants to go home in summer but be able to come back in 2 months to U.S.A. What kind of visa, should she apply for, if she wants to come back and work in a company?. Should the company hire her first or should she apply for H1 first, she doesnt want to do her masters though.
Any help would be appreciated!
