KATHMANDU, May 7 - King Gyanendra has accepted the resignation tendered by Prime Minister Surya Bahadur Thapa Friday evening.
The King has also asked PM Thapa to continue as Prime Minister of a caretaker government until a new cabinet is formed under new Prime Minister.
The King is believed to be looking for a leader who is clean in his dispositions to be the next Prime minister said the Royal Press Secretariat today evening.

Government collapsed! But do you think, there is gonna be improvement in political crisis in Nepal>
well i think no!
Gyane is not serious till now. I bet you Gyane will again do the same mistake that he already did twice. Instead of Negotiationg with Five parties, he is searching for an individual who can follow him to be the next Prime minister.
Nepal's problem is not gonna change until the GYANE resigns from the Post of King and Goes to KASHI, so that his soul would fine peace and he can get chance to wash his sins!!
Down with King!!! The killer!!
