Dear Visitors, Over the past few months sajha has received an increasing number of threads everyday, which is definitely a step in the positive direction. But a lot of these threads are increasingly becoming more of a server resource hog rather than productive discussions. There have been increasing number of threads which are more suitable for chatrooms where individuals respond to each other instaneously. Till now, these kind of threads have been allowed without any constraints, but it is now time to be concerned about these not only due to server resource issues, but also in order to retain productive discussions here in sajha. As we all grow together in this virtual community, we need to be responsible members showing common courtesy and respect to other members of the community. Please do read the ACCEPTABLEUSE POLICY if you have not had a chance to read it. It is important that active members of sajha understand and abide by it. Hey, isn't it possible to use a public message board, instead of this current one we have? For example, proboards has a very good board. Plus, you can make subsections. For instance, some might be interested in ranting only(General discussion), others might be interested in political issues, while some others might be interested in stories/poems. I think that it's high time that you pick one of these better message boards. There are some free ones that are pretty good. Some problem with this message board is that we can't even edit our posts. |

Also, let's be realistic. Only one person can't moderate this board, as it has gotten so popular. You can't be here 24/7 to see what people are up to. So, if you choose one of these other public messageboards, you can choose some other people to moderate the site. Even if you go for one of the better message boards, people are not going to stop posting here. |

well, san bro, you don't have to go to other servers. The only thing i can think about is to edit postings. And about the servers, we can help you out. im ready to donate some dinero if you need to, and im sure some of us will donate some money too. im not sayin too much, but the sum can add up! and for mod! i vote myself as a mod..lol..hehe. its san bro's choice, prolly ne0 and him. or are they both same person? hmm. someone tell me |
