Well the political parties and groups whoever are doing the "banda" are conributing a great deal of work towards enviromental conservation both in the urban and rural areas no matter at whatever cost the Nepalese have to pay for it. In the rural areas the people are simply scared to go into the jungle and collect firewood legetimately and illegetimately. So has the encrochment of jungle curtailed as nobody wants to live anywhere near jungles. On the other hand the direct and indirect air pollution levels are down in the urban areas due to the periodic "BANDAs" as the the fossil fuel consumptions are down. Lets say 200000 vehicles in KTM valley and lets assume each consume 5 litres of fuel a day that's 200000 X 5 litres=1000000 litres a day lets say 1000000 litres a day X 10 days =10,000,000 litres in 10 days well, the political parties seem to be unintentionally contributing a lot ...he he he what a disgusting analysis.
