I don't think that she is showing her t.... , it appears like somebody has added those two round things in the picture.

well to me "those two round things" as mentioned by GaribJanata seems to be genuine and authentic at least at this resolution and size of the photograph. For further comment I need to do closer inspection on more powerful image editor.
