To my understanding Khum Bahadur Khadka should be the PM as well as Defence and Home minister. He is the best man on the job to fiercely counter the rebels as well as rivals within his own party

Well Forget-Me-Not I guess you did not understand the satire behind the name Khum Bahadur Khadka.
You must have had heard in the past that even Girija used to get scared of him and so much that he always used to give away the post of Home Ministry to Kum Bahadur Khadka. By the way, he is also known by the other name KHUN (murder in Hindi) Bahadur Khadka.
I dont think there is any other person better suited for the post of PM in the current circumstances.
