Gang attack on Milan Gurung

Kathmandu, May 13:
Milan Gurung got his left hand cut off and three others were injured in a fierce gang fight at the Chufang Restaurant at Maharjgunj tonight.
All four were taken to Teaching Hospital. Gurung and Kajee Sherpa were being operated upon and their condition is critical.
According to Superintendent of Police Deepak Ranjeet, a group of 10 to 12 people attacked Milan and his friends with khukuris when they were having dinner.
Yadav Dongol, 23, from Chakrapath has cuts in his head, shoulder, hand and back.
Binaya Shakya, who sustained several cuts, told this daily he would identify the attackers tomorrow.
Chairman of ward number 3 of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Deepak KC, who was helping Shakya to call his home via his mobile, said the incident took place as Milan's gang and the attackers had some enemity.
Deepak Manange, who has a long standing enemity with Milan's gang, told this daily that the police has raided his house at Paknajole and his Spin Club at Thamel — a discotheque — and also other restaurants at Thamel seeking him.
Manange said Milan was at odds with another gang and he has no connection with today's incident.

Five years ago kukuri was a big thing. Not anymore.... It is time for bombs and guns...
These days cutting a hand is not a big thing. even chopping someone's head or put a bullet in his heart is quite normal...
What a bad time. !!!!!!!!!

Bhole Babaji..destroying an entire military barrack or the whole town (as in Jumla in November 2002) is not a big thing...chopping head or shooting is very small matter.
