for a while there... thought no one is gonna post photos..:P nice one bhanja..:D ani la... ma pani euta pic donate diye..:D (my fren took it so...hehe dun blame me if its lousy..i like it though..:D..) And if anyone is intersted about that place..its supposedly a tourist attraction down here.. Paro, Bhutan. The flight to Paro from Ktm is quite short (you hardly get to finish your rum, if you are a slow drinker, what with the Amazing Himalayas to the north beckoning you) and the plane makes a fast vertical descent in this small rice-field valley when it reaches Paro, so some wag has renamed DRUK AIR = Drink Rum Up, Kamikaze Arriving In Ricefield!

Neural..........well, in the first two pics, I dont know from which portion of both the images did you take the "exposure reading". Llooks like you took the exposure reading from the buildings on the bottom 3/4 of both the images therefore the buildings look adequately bright however you have lost detail in both the sky and the trees that is staying on the top and the bottom of both the images. Because the sky and trees cover the most post portion of both the images therefore overall both the images look underexposed. ## Use polarizer filter to add color saturation to the images and cut out the haze by using haze filter. Are these pics from Bay Area (San Francisco) ? |

Redstone..... what is the focus in your pics ? Must be the bird , dolphin and the US flag but there are so much distractions around these subjects of focus, the subjects of focus have become dull and almost lost from the scene. ## Use larger arperature (like f 5.6) in the BIRD picture to throw out the distrations sitting at the back of the subject of focus (bird). ## Crop the bird pic 1/4 from the left, 1/4 from the right and 1/6 from the bottom, this will give you more tidy scene. ## get more light. |

Karmapa.........you got the excellent pics..excellent composition, good use of close ups and lenses accordingly. You did a good job throwing out distracting backgrounds by using larger arperature and yet retained the atmosphere of the scene. I was impressed by the color saturation you managed to get in the first and the third pics. The tonal range of the first and the third image are great. Keep it up... |
