Everybody is waiving T'wolves away.
If Cassel's back straightens out and Spree becomes as consistent as he was around 99, the series will goto game 7. Who knows, we (T'wolves) might win. But I have to agree, after beating Spurs, Lakers sure are the favorite (not mine atleast).

Lakers better lose. I can't stand the yellow and purple bunch. especially the Zen master, he gets on my nerve everytime they show him on tv (however, I used to like him a lot during jordon era in chicago) . plus all the arrogants, from kobe to shaq, to fox to fisher. malone and payton, greedy bastards. isn't it sad to see malone in that jersey, he seems to be in foreign country. oh well, I hope they lose...
small fact: only other team worse than Lakers is Yankees.

.Buzz off before cursing Lakers. Same with the Wolves. I can't stand the white and green(?) bunch either. esp ugly-tooth-set dude Cassel, ET look alike Spreewell and Garnett (looks like just brought from gangsters street). If Lakers can make in Game 2, thats the end of NBA 04. Lakers will take it all.

NBA Season is over for me ..... since the dismissal of the KINGS.
Now it really doesn't matter to me whoever wins the crown. Seems like the Lakers are on the verge of bagging the crown one more time. I will be very happy for THe Glove and The Mailman. The rest deserves tooo but I liked the Lakers team better few years back.
Actually, the eastern Conference teams also have a legitimate chance of taking away the Crown. it's hard to pick between the Pistons (coach Brown and Rasheed Wallace) and The Pacers (lot of reasons.) yet whoever qualifies for the final showdown can beat Lakers. Personally I would like to see the Pacers winning the championship. Mostly because Reggie Miller is in the same phase as that of Karl Malone and Gary Payton. ANd Mr. Miller is agruably amongst the top ten players in the history of NBA. i didn't enjoy Pacers sweeping the Celtics in the first round .......yet... they certainly were the better team this season. And I had been enjoying the clutch plays (those killer 3 pointers) of Miller for some 5-6 years by now.
And another important piece to that sequence is the firing of coach Carlisle by the Pistons organization in the off-season. This time he has the perfect opporunity to display his coaching potenitals to the ones who dished him out. Coach Brown is a genius and one of the best in that category. So it will be an interesting series. I guess the outcome of this series will be determined by the BENCH players. In this scenario Pacers certainly has the better depth.
GO NBA GO.
