Suruchi, I guess you must be referring to GAY marriage, ther must have been a spelling error, anyway I got the point.
Well, to me I'm not a gay and I dont endorse gay marriage however I dont object either. Every human have right to choose their sexual orientation and I dont want to impose my will upon them simply because I'm not gay.
I believe gay people can coexist in society along with "straight" (male-female) people. For me it's ok as long as they can live in the society peacefully with harmony with straight people.
Here, in Canada, the federal govt. passed a law making gay marriage legal in 2003. The provincial govts also followed the suit allowing gay or same sex marriage to gain the same legal status as straight marriage.

However, all provincial govts have not endorsed the idea therefore only 2 provinces of Canada have granted same sex marriage the leagal status due to the fact that provinces can make decision to allow or not to by their provincial legislature. For now same sex marriage is legal in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario.
The churches and religious groups have vigorously objected the idea of same sex marriage however much of the younger generation dont have such objection in Canada.
For me, well, if straight marriage can why not same sex marriage happen ?
I have not been negatively affected by same sex marriage then why should I stand on the way of gay or lesbian people.

Smiling hurt, Go for it man, go for it like you do when you love anyone, gay, strainght, or bi.Thats the only way to find out whats going to happen. There aren't may things in life to love like the way you mentioned you do. Pure love defines no sexual orientation and thats what I feel about it. Just dont expect a Guy marriage :) and make sure your action does not hurt the other person either.

I totally agree with Neeta ji.... everyone had right to choose thier life partner........ If you marry opposite sex and you're not happy, what's the point of getting married...... Gay Marrige is no different then Hetro Marrige, I mean Homossexual partners are as same as Hetrosexual partners, they havefeelings, they are human being, they are in love with each other, only thing that's different is Gender and how the society put pressure on Gay couples.......

Hey guys,
Not that I am a homophobe but I would like to ask some questions...Why do GAYS need to get married? Why do they have to get recognised? Are the stuffs they are doing normal? and where do you draw the line( 10 years from now..someone might say they wanna marry their pet or.a.car ...)???? How far can this go?????
I am just curious..I dont like what GAYs do but I totally respect them....I have no hard feelings but it also breaks so many social boundaries, which scares the hell out of me....No wonder why so many people are opposed to it.....Again I am just curious and if I offended any homosexual person..then I am sorry.
