Laloo ko Talu ma Alu. Laloo is new Railway minister under MMS in India. What do you guys think?

Laloo Prasad Yadav, is one of the country's most colourful and controversial politicians.
Mr Yadav, who heads the regional RJD party, is widely believed to rule India's most lawless state of Bihar by proxy - his wife is the present chief minister.
He is known for his quirky style, making the most of his humble origins and mass appeal, but he is also accused of corruption by his opponents.
Analysts find his appointment a bit of an irony, as ticketless railway travel is a way of life in Mr Yadav's state.

Aafulai yeta bholi ke khaam ra ke laam bhanne tension hunchha...tyo Railway-sailway le kyarnu? Na Rail gaadi ko chakka nilera bhok metna hunchha, na tesko dibba laayera jyan nai chhopna milchha...
gayen baru bakhri charauna...paako tei kodo ko roti le pet bharamla, langauti le purai jyan nabhayeni chahine anga chhopamla! :p

Next Laloo approaches Mukesh Ambani:

Finally Laloo goes to see the president of the World Bank.

Good one Batuli
If you have to pin point Laloo's success, then the following points would come to my mind:
1. His simplicity
2. Most people of Bihar could relate to him, he is like one of them (learn Sharad Power)
3. He has tremendous leadership skills.
4. He brings joy with his appearance.
There was this great interview in Zee on Laloo, his life and his family. His friends would recite the incidents when Laloo was kid and still showed the leadership qualities. As soon as he was sent to prison for the first time, people guaranteed his uprising. He respects loyality (although he doesn't completely trust anybody but his wife) and rewards it.
Big upset of Sharad Power and his party, NDAby Laloo's RJD is rewarded by MMS. It looks more like a political move at this time. If Laloo still has that ability to select the best of the people, he might do something good for the biggest Railway system in the world. Rajdhani express, sleeper; anybody?

"I forecast I will become prime minister," Prasad told reporters soon after taking charge of his ministry.
According to officials, the minister has decided not to use Yadav, his caste name, and instead be known as Laloo Prasad. This is the name that features in the parliament gazette also.

Indeed. People of Bihar so follows him not only because they are afraid of him. On Contrarry in many cases they love (or even worship) him because of his unique programs such as "gothala schools" that travels so that ppl could study and take care of the cattles at the same time.
Just wondering now... Will Laloo change Delhi or will Delhi change Laloo?
