Well, we all are familiar with the works of Babu Ram Acharya. He deserved for Nepalese History and its interpretation.
while I was at eight grade in a school, I had a history teacher and he had argued that Babu Ram Acharya was not a "Etihas Siromani" because he never attempted to reveal the truth of killing Prithvi Narayen Shah in the battle of Kirtipur I. Prithvi Narayen Shah got amnesty because of being a King. There was a reflection of Newar Tradition of War that they never Kill a king nor prison him. So, the amnesty had not been mentioned by anyone because of fear of revealing the truth even Babu Ram Acharye. Does it ring the Bell? Then, what else do you know about it?
