There have been some postings here regarding some issues about working in Indian Restaurants. First of all, people have a choice to do whatever they want in the US depending on the knowledge, skills and status. Some people choose to work in the Indian Restaurants and it is their choice to do so. Some people make a living out of it, some people are doing it temporary till they save enoung and open their own Restaurant. There is a person, I am not going to reveal his name, worked for Indian in a Restaurant, saved up enough money and later he bought his own Restaurant. It is his choice to do so. Some people work there to earn money to go to school. I knew another person, who worked in a Restaurant in the beginning, later he became a doctor. Some peopel just chose to work there and make a living. Knowledge is power, and somebody said that people are getting green card from Indian Restaurant. I heard this for the first time. I don't know whether this fact is true or not, but if it is true, people have a choice to work there and obtain a green card. I thnik what Namita point out was an offer to help for those working in Indian Restaurants, who would like to do somethig other than working there, not for Mr. Hari Banet and friends, who have a plan and seems like they know what they are doing. I think what happened here is a miscommunication. Ms. Namita don't let others let you down. You only offered to help, if they choose to accept your help, help them, if they choose not to accept your help, in this case Mr. Hari Basnet and friends, it is their choice not to accept your help and they would rather be left alone. It is their choice to do so. I think Mr. Hari Basnet felt a sting, although, Ms. Namita did not mean anything, but to offer to help. He chose to let Ms. Namita know how he felt. It is his choice to so. Ms. Namita, you have a cause, you know you had written a couple of people mentioned their problem working in Indian Resataurant, maybe you should help them, who asked for it. I know someone, who had offered to help people obtain a green card. Some people have mentioned to me that they have to work harder than working somewhere else and other have people mentioned to me that they enjoy working there. They get to eat spicy Indian food and they get to speak in Hindi, which they feel more comfortable speaking than speaking English. It is their choice to do so. Why am I writing on this subject because I know a person, who offered to help on this matter those, who wants to be helped. My suggestion to Ms. Namita is that you should offer to help those she knows personally. From my experience, a very few would like to ask for help here. But, you have a right to put your posting here be heard about how you feel. How one express here depends on his or knowledge, skills and how you choose to express it. When you express your anger just remember what you say here could be read by the whole world, and there might be kids reading this. How would they feel if they read people cutting each other down instead of working together in a civilized way. And remeber to treat others like how you would like to be treated. To be on the positive side, there are a lot of people here, who express your views in a civilized way and others, I don't want to say anything. Those of you doing a good job, keep up the good work. Have a good day!

Knowledge is power: Knowing the fact that you can obtain a green card by working in an Indian Restaurant is powerful if it is true. I do not have the evidence that you can do so from the Indian Restaurant or any other Restaurant. Someone had written that you could. If you knwo something about this shed a light for us. "What is the context of knowledge and power here. Pandey wants to say something, but he himself is unable to express it. Read rest of his posting. He says others cannot express things. He cannot either. " -Baaj By the disguise name this person is trying to tell me he or she is happy with what I wrote. :) "To be on the positive side, there are a lot of people here, who express your views in a civilized way and others, I don't want to say anything. Those of you doing a good job, keep up the good work. " -From my earlier writing. There are cases, people have used profanity to express how you feel about the other person. Most of the people here use civilized language and have an intention to help fellow countrymen/women. Some people may benefit from Ms. Namita's help some people may not. She has every right to offer her help. "Let's mind our own business. Let people work wherever they want to. " -Baaj This is the theme of my writing. People have a CHOICE. I guess Baaj with his anger could not comprehend that. "Some people have mentioned to me that they have to work harder than working somewhere else and other have people mentioned to me that they enjoy working there. They get to eat spicy Indian food and they get to speak in Hindi, which they feel more comfortable speaking than speaking English. It is their choice to do so. " -From my earlier writing. Some people are happy working in an Indian Restuarant. I do not think Ms. Namita is trying to dictate and said that nobody should work in an Indian Restaurant. She is merely speaking from the experience of two people Sunil and Rahul or some names like that from her writing. So she thought that others might be out there experiencing the same. She has a choice to help them. You learn something new everyday, what I learned today is that " Knowledge is power" Anyone can be knowledgeable. Some people have so much anger and jealousy in them. They do not want to see anybody succeed or do a good job. Other people they encourage such behaviors. Knowledge calms anger and makes something productive. Darkness brings anger and makes something destructive. Those of you offering your help and helping others keep up the good work. In a way those Indians are helping people by providing JOBS. Some people treat others good and some people treat others bad. There are good Indians and bad Indians. We have a choice to thank the good ones and deal with the bad ones. We also have a choice not to deal with the bad ones. We have a choice to speak up here and we also have a choice to keep quiet. I have a choice and I choose to support those who want to do something for the communities.
