Australian Aboriginal tribe called the Yakutjarra from the central desert have an adage that goes like this "sow an act and reap a habit, sow a habit and reap a charaater, sow a character and reap destiny." This is the analogy of the living law of a living nation. In contrast, by deductive inference a reasonable mind could conclude that Nepalese nation is a decaying nation. Why? The Monarch has only three or four geriatric Nepalese leaders in his repertoire of whimsical and musical chair for Prime Ministership. Why cannot he not trust the next generation of educated Nepalese modern day leaders? I just find this Gyanendra's peculiar paranoia totally crippling the economy of Nepal. I have no words to recommend how to come out of this monarchial madness that goes to no where the other side of the black stump!!!!!! Nepal has no vision, no mission, no goals, no strategies, no objectives, no tactics, no operations for modern democracy. It is just directionless, rudderless and reaching a point of no return. I have come to conclude that in this universe nothing is good and nothing is bad. What matter most is about our personal bias. Then again we can never come of it of our bias. What we can do is be aware of our inherent bias. All I can do is pray for the nation of Nepal that wisdom prevails and that all this rubbish fighting should immediately stop. All energy should be devoted to the building of our nation called Nepali Aama. Thank you very much |

I hear you loud and clear! It's not only the economy that's suffering due to the current political imbroglio but the whole nation state. On a different note, what's this lawsuit all about, Doc? http://www.findlaw.com.au/cases/default.asp?task=read&id=200196 |

G'day Doc, It seems that you like picking "fight" with everyone ...U of SA, your nephew Vivek and this Bista mate, who I see apparently runs a Nepali restaurant in Adelaide. I was reading somewhere that you've even been "banned" from his establishment. Are you a rebel without a cause or a caustic rebel?:) |

Picking fight...rebel without cause...odd ball...essentric....blah blah blah I think being innovative means neo-conservatives don't like innovation no!!!!! INNOVATION = UNDERSTAND + OBSERVE + VISUALISE + EVALUATE + REFINE + IMPLEMENT. No one has ever banned from me from no where. I champion the cause of sad, bad and mad people. It is the notorious people who do creative interpretations of other entreupreneurs. They are the gate keepers who racialise, stigmatise, sexualise and marginalise people. As I have said in this universe nothing is good and nothing is bad. It only that people are biases and no one can do anything about it. We simply have to be aware of it. I champion the case of Human Rights of mad people as I must be one. Does that make sense to you and I also love Nepal to be a Republic. I say to Vivek good luck and to Deepak don't be a con artist as one can go to http://www.austlii.edu.au Type Gopi Bahadur Roka and one can see the name of the greatest Nepalese fraudster and Deepak was part of it. This is my last posting. |

Justice should be justice according to law and justice should not be justice through an individual's law said Lord Dunidin. I consider myself as a Law Peer of the Nepalese realm. Thw two cases depict my test case masqurading as a lunatic and do a MBA at UNISA. The Professor of Management indicated I cannot do MBA as lunatics like me frighten other business students. I also then sought exemption from group activities. I was denied all reasonable accomodation value proposition enshrined in Australian Human Rights laws. Round one a racist Magistrate Raphael summarily dismissed my case and on appeal I won and paved way for self represented litigants ease and no bullying by nasty high income earning Lawyers. This is what the celebration is all about as it is a landmark precedent. |
