My H1B will expire by the end of this month (06/30/04). They have filed for my extention, but I've not received that yet. My question is: I have multiple entry visa (stamp on the passport) that will also expire on the same day(06/30/04). I think they also have given me 10 extra days when I entered the US last time. Now, if I travel Nepal on 15th and come back on 25th of this month, will I have any problem entering? Because my visa is almost expiring in few days. Would you please share with me if you have any similar experience? Thanks.

Technically, the CIS is supposed to let you enter the country right upto the expiry date on a non-immigrant visa but H1 may be a little complex. I would suggest posting your question on this immigration forum if you haven't already done so: http://www.immigrationportal.com/forumdisplay.php?f=188 I have usually gotten pretty prompt and helpful responses in the past .
