looks like one of those classic Czar pic. Having said that, I do not recall any Nepalese going to USSR to have gotten any culture of any sort that I almost see in this pic. Interesting???

I think this is the picture belongs to some rana family... I think its Chandra SJB Rana not sure. Hey i am also from rana family... I guess we are cousins ...
