Has anyone come here in a Student visa to study in +2. Or does anyone have any idea what the process is what are the chances of getting the visa if you are coming here to study in high school?

You could try becoming an exchange student and while in the States apply for change of status.

u dont need a student visa for high school, all you need is a report card, transfer certificate and a birth certificate or a valid passport...
but yes u do need to be in some kind a status to study in college ....
my suggestion FINISH +2 then come :)
