I need an immigration lawyer: if possible of Nepali origin. Immediately. Is there any Nepali who used a fellow Nepali as his/her immigration lawer. What is the success rate? I am ready to pay premium processing charge in addition to regular INS fees and I want my status be ready by Aug. before universities start opening............. If any one else has used other non-Nepali immigration lawyer, I need a reliable lawyer, so please let me know their names. Well, I check the VisaPro.com and its charges are not bad, but, has anyone ever used their services? Thanks. GP |

GP, You didn't mention why do you need an immigration lawer for. IF it is for H1 visa, then you have bad news. The INS (BCIS) reduced the quota for this yes down to earth and it already ran out for this fiscal year few months back. Next fiscal year starts from October 1. Premium processing won't help in this case. In a desparate situation (not for you, may be), one can apply for asylum. The threat of Maoist is a legitimate reason. If you just want a legal advice, then you may want to go to http://www.visalaw.com/ . There you can chat with an attorney for free. Really good site. Good luck. |
